Sometimes I wonder about this journey I’m on. In the beginning I asked all the usual questions such as “Why me?” and “Where did I go wrong?” I was unable or unwilling to admit that losing my hearing was not the end of the world but rather the start of a new and incredible path of exploration.
The sounds have fallen silent for me now, but the world has begun to sing in a new and beautiful language. Let’s explore it together shall we?
